Once you have downloaded and set up the software, you have to run it first before you attempt the next step. you will notice that an ip address and port is listed in the software.. @abubakar nadeem there could be problem with the firmware which you've downloaded, i guess you've used some download manager to download the firmware and paused the download and resumed it via the download manager or the firmware download process stops/disconnects from the internet and then got resumed.. If you're using the original hdd, go to [settings] > [initialization] > [initialize ps4] and try the ps4 initialization. if you have previously changed the hdd, try using the original hdd. if none of these suggestions resolve the error, please visit ourcontact page to contact scea for additional technical support..
First thing to try is to delete the failed download from the download list. the next on the list would be to try a public dns such as google dns or opendns (my preferred choice)..
